CrossFit 219 offers a fitness experience that feels welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. The environment is focused, but it stays approachable, especially for people who are new to CrossFit or finding their way back into a routine. You can work hard here without feeling like you have to prove anything.

Owners Gina Trebiani and Sydnee De Jong came to CrossFit through personal paths shaped by athletics, life changes, and a desire for connection. Gina began her CrossFit journey in 2019 and grew more committed to it during the pandemic, discovering along the way a passion for coaching and helping others build skills they once thought were out of reach. Sydnee is a former college athlete who missed the team aspect of training after moving into the corporate world and starting a family, and CrossFit gave her a way to train alongside people who share the same aim of getting better.

The coaching emphasizes progress and clear guidance. Workouts can be demanding, but they are designed to be scaled so people can work toward the same outcome at their own pace. When a movement feels out of reach, the focus is not on forcing it. The focus is on starting where you are, showing up consistently, and building from there.

What many people value most is the community. People notice when someone has been away. Encouragement comes not only from the coaches, but also from the members who see each other week after week. CrossFit 219 becomes a place where effort is respected, improvement is encouraged, and consistency grows through relationships as much as through the workouts.

Did a few drop ins at 7:00 p.m. while traveling. Workouts were great, people were friendly, gym was well-equipped. Really can’t ask for more!
