Exterior Designers Inc.

Exterior Designers Inc. is a long-standing, owner-operated business led by partners Chad Pivarnik, Dave Jones, and Adam Koselke, focused on transforming underused areas of the home into spaces people actually spend time in. Their work centers on sunrooms, screen rooms, pergolas, and patio covers, all designed to turn a deck or patio into something more comfortable, more functional, and easier to enjoy day to day.

The business traces back to 1973, when it was started by Chad’s father as a small family operation. Over time, it has grown and has been carried forward, with Chad, Dave, and Adam now leading it together as partners. Dave works directly with homeowners on the sales side, helping shape each project and walk through the details. Chad handles the business operations, advertising, and marketing behind the scenes. Adam leads the installation side, bringing a steady, hands-on approach to the work in the field. Chad and Dave also own and operate a Bath Fitter franchise.

That structure carries through the entire experience. The people planning the work stay closely connected to the people building it, without outside subcontractors stepping in and out. Communication is clear, the work is handled with care, and the finished space reflects a consistent level of craftsmanship from start to finish.

In the end, the work is about changing how a home is used. A patio that once sat in direct sun becomes a place where you can sit comfortably. A porch becomes a space that feels finished and naturally part of the home. Many of these spaces end up feeling like a retreat, giving you a way to enjoy being outside without dealing with the elements. Working with Exterior Designers Inc. feels steady and straightforward, with a team that stays involved from start to finish and follows through on the work.
