Luke got his start in the pool industry while studying business
administration in college. After learning the work firsthand, he
realized he wanted to build something of his own and approach it
differently. Green Ribbon Pools grew from that decision, and the name
has a personal connection to his family. His brother Keith, who has
cerebral palsy and competes in the Special Olympics, helped inspire
it. The green ribbon is the official symbol of cerebral palsy
awareness, which gave the name a personal meaning tied to Luke’s
family.

Today, Luke focuses on fiberglass pools and full turnkey projects. He
enjoys the process of taking a plain backyard and building it into a
finished space with quality materials and solid craftsmanship. That
approach also makes things simpler for homeowners, since they do not
have to coordinate several contractors on their own. From the first
conversation through the final stages of a project, Luke places a
strong emphasis on communication and doing the work well.
