Pinecone Decks & Construction

Pinecone Decks & Construction is built around a simple idea: when you talk with Nick Biancardi about your project, you are talking with the person who will be involved in the work from start to finish. That owner-operated approach gives the whole experience a more direct and personal feel. Nick focuses primarily on building decks, keeping the work close and hands-on from the first conversation through the final result.

This work has been part of Nick’s life for a long time. His father and grandfather were partners in Acorn Fence & Construction, and he grew up learning the trade first in the shop and later out in the field. After college, he continued working in the family business and gradually moved toward deck building. When his dad retired, Nick started Pinecone with the goal of focusing on that work while keeping the business small enough to stay personally involved with each job.

That decision says a lot about how Pinecone operates. Nick has been clear that he does not want to build something so large that he loses touch with the work itself. He prefers to stay connected to his customers and to the job in front of him. There is real satisfaction for him in seeing how a deck or porch looks at the start of a job and then watching it come together step by step into a finished result.

Over time, that work has also extended into fences, porch railings, and other outdoor structures like pergolas and arbors. Customers often point to clear communication, helpful recommendations, reliable follow-through, careful workmanship, and a clean job site. By the time the work is done, people are left with something that not only looks right, but feels solid and built to be enjoyed for years to come.
